Welcome to Lerhuset Ofelia. By purchasing products, booking experiences or becoming a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Handmade Ceramics

All ceramic pieces are handmade in our studio. Small variations in shape, colour and glaze are part of the beauty of handcrafted ceramics and make every piece unique.

Orders

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. If an item is made to order, production time will be stated on the product page.

Bookings

Bookings for workshops, Clay Experiences and private events are confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Memberships

Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. The first month is a trial period, followed by one month's notice.

Kiln Firing

Members pay per kiln firing. Kilns are fired when full to ensure efficient energy use.

Liability

Guests participate in studio activities at their own responsibility. Lerhuset Ofelia is not responsible for personal belongings brought to the studio.
